Sayang Dayang, Sayang Dia! Dia!

A 28page comic thesis that I comepleted and developing at CCA for my graduate program, MFA in Comics 2024. This project is mostly focused on my own gender expression and trans experience growing up in all girls high school, with a bit of a twist! It's sort of an exaggerated memoir.

“Dayang is a high schooler who is able to transform into a super sentai hero at will, however juggling being a kid, protecting their small town and going to school while having good grades has been tough lately. A new girl then comes into their life and things start to get weirder, surreal, almost too weird that it ultimately becomes out of Dayang's control!"
